New updates - December 2012

Summary of updates.

1. User Data Analytics - You can now get reporting for user or participant data.

  • Location – City: This shows the city and location of the users who have entered the campaign.
  • Demographic Summary: This graph depicts the different age groups of your users or participants.
  • Email Opt-in: This pie chart shows the number of participants and the percentage of them who opted into your newsletter and who did not.
  • Custom Question – Trivia (only for sweepstakes): This captures the question and the number and percentage of users who have selected the answer.
  • Custom Question – Radio Button: This pie chart shows the number and percentage of users who have selected the respective answers.
  • Custom Question – Pick List: This shows the question and the number and percentage of users who have selected the answer.
  • Custom Question – Checkbox: This shows the question and the number and percentage of users who have selected the answer.
  • Trivia Summary (only for sweepstakes):  This shows the number and percentage of users who have selected the respective answers.

Contest – You can now view location analytics, as well as view the breakdown of users as shown below.

  • Registrations – This shows the number of registrations in your contest. This includes users who have filled out the registration form, and may or may not have uploaded the entry.
  • Entry – This selection shows the number of entries in your contest.  This includes users who have filled out the registration form, and uploaded an approved entry. Only valid entries are reported.
  • Voters – This shows the number of users who have voted in the contest. Please note this graph is for voters and not the number of votes. Example - a single user may have cast 10 votes, the graph captures the value as 1 as it is a single user

2.     Traffic – Campaign page views are displayed, showing each individual page of the application (such as landing page, rules page) with the number of times that page has been viewed, along with unique page views. You can select Day / Week / Month and check the traffic for your campaign in a given time period.

Please note that this feature would be available for only the campaigns that are started on or after December 04, 2012.
