How can I contact you?

You can contact us in many ways -

• Click on Support button listed towards the right after you log in. Type in your question eg. "How do I create a Sweepstakes?" and click Next, if the solution is not present in the list of articles displayed, you can click on "None of these are helpful – get in touch" and submit the request.
• If you have already contacted us you can simply reply to the email conversation that you had with us and it would reach us.
• If you are signing in using Twitter, all you need to do is mention an email address where we can direct the reply to and confirm the same by clicking on the verification email sent to the email address that you have mentioned.
• If you have forgotten the password of the email address that you used to log into our help desk, you can get a new password from http://support.votigo.com/access/help
