What are the allowable file sizes for photo and video contests?

For photo contests, the maximum file size is 20MB. We accept .png, .jpg, .jpeg

For video contests, the maximum file size is 100MB. We accept AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4, MPEG, FLV, 3GP, and 3G2
