Social Contacts – Votigo

Update - Contacts has been renamed to Influencers.

Each time a user engages with your brand on one of your social channels a Social Contact is created and moving forward all engages for that user will be aggregated on their Social Contact Card. Social Contacts can be filters by Engagement Score and Social Channel.

A contact is created whenever a user registers, uploads entry, votes for an entry, rates an entry and/or comments on an entry.

Actions –

Merge – Contacts are merged and a single contact is saved if the same user information is detected. Example – when same Facebook account is used and different emails are used then we merge the contacts and single contact is created. First priority is given to Facebook account and then emails are checked. When contacts are merged the information available in the first contact created is retained and fields which are not available would be taken from second contact.

Note that two different Facebook accounts or Twitter accounts or Votigo accounts or Google + accounts cannot be merged. Facebook, Twitter, Votigo and Google + account can be merged as they can be of same user. Note that at a time we save only 5 emails for a single contact. Upon merging Engagement Score, Channels are updated [added] and first created date is displayed.

Delete – Contacts can be delete, select the contact and click delete. All the information related to contact is deleted. Please note once a contact is deleted it is erased completely and cannot be retrieved back, also when the deleted user registers for the campaign again the contact would not be created.

All Channels – Displays the information of contacts of all the channels – Votigo, Facebook, Twitter and Google+.

Votigo – Displays the contacts who have done an activity on campaign of registering, uploading, voting and so on.
Facebook – Displays the contacts who have commented or liked or posted on the Facebook profile page.
Twitter – Displays the contacts who have done twitter activities like tweet, retweet and so on.
Google + - Displays the contacts who have done Google + activity.

Contact – Lists all the contacts. This column is sortable.

Channels – This column is sortable by channels. Maximum number of channels a contact has to minimum number of channels a contact is associated with.

Votigo – Displays the contacts who have done an activity on campaign of registering, uploading, voting and so on.
Facebook – Displays the contacts who have commented or liked or posted on the Facebook profile page.
Twitter – Displays the contacts who have done twitter activities like tweet, retweet and so on.
Google + - Displays the contacts who have done Google + activity.

Engagement – Displays the engagement of the contacts on all the channels.

All Engagement – Displays the overall engagement of the contact.

Facebook

Posts – FB Posts Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have Facebook Posts as shown in the screenshot above.
Comments – FB Comments Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have commented on Facebook profile page as shown in the screenshot above.
Likes - FB Likes Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have liked the Facebook profile page as shown in the screenshot above.
Shares - FB Shares Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have shared on Facebook profile page as shown in the screenshot above.

Twitter

Mentions – Twitter Mentions Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have mentioned on Twitter as shown in the screenshot above.
Retweets - Twitter Retweets Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have Retweeted on Twitter as shown in the screenshot above.
DM sent - Twitter DM sent Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have sent a message directly on Twitter as shown in the screenshot above.
Hashtag - Twitter Hashtag Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have used the Hashtag on Twitter as shown in the screenshot above.
Profile Keyword - Twitter Profile Keyword Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have used the Profile Keyword on Twitter as shown in the screenshot above.

Google+

Posts – Google+ Posts Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have Google+ Posts as shown in the screenshot above.
Comments – Google+ Comments Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have commented on Google+ profile page as shown in the screenshot above.
Likes - Google+ Likes Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have liked the Google+ profile page as shown in the screenshot above.
Shares - Google+ Shares Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have shared on Google+ profile page as shown in the screenshot above.

Other

Registrations – Votigo Registrations Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have registered as shown in the screenshot above.
Votes - Votigo Votes Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have voted as shown in the screenshot above.
Entries - Votigo Entries Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have entered as shown in the screenshot above.
Ratings - Votigo Ratings Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have rated as shown in the screenshot above.
Comments - Votigo Comments Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have commented as shown in the screenshot above.
Sweep Entries - Votigo Sweeps Entries Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have entered into sweepstakes as shown in the screenshot above.
Signup Form Entries - Votigo Signup Form Entries Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have entered into Signup Form as shown in the screenshot above.
Couponapp Entries - Votigo Couponapp Entries Score of the contact is displayed along with contact information who have entered into Couponapp as shown in the screenshot above.

Created – Will display the date and time when the contact was created first.

Last Activity – Will display the recent modified date and time.

Click on the Contact name under Contact or any of the channel icons under Channels and you would be taken to the Contact information screen.

All Contacts > [Contact Name] –

Here the contact picture, name, gender, date of birth, location, emails, phone numbers, social profiles and channel engagement scores would be displayed.

Engagement Score - The number of interactions an individual has taken with your brand across all social channels. Engagement is defined for Facebook as; a post to your wall; likes, comments on or shares a Page post. Engagement is defined for Twitter as; a Retweet; a Mention of your Twitter Profile; a Direct Message to your Twitter Profile. Engagement is defined for Votigo as; a registration to a campaign; an entry to a campaign; a vote or comment on a campaign entry.

Social Profiles – The social profiles would take you to the profile page of the contact.

Expand – Would provide the detail information of the account used for that particular activity.

- You can use this option to directly send a message to the contact.

Email Address / Phone Number – Hover over these to get the Edit link, click on the same to add/edit/delete the email addresses or phone numbers. 5 email addresses and 5 phone numbers can be saved.
