What is the difference between a normal Sweepstakes and a Trivia Sweepstakes?

Normal Sweepstakes would give you an option to select the customized questions with Question Type as text box, drop down, option buttons and check boxes. You can specify Question Title, Help Text, and Question Type. You can also make the question a requirement by selecting "Make this required."

Trivia Sweepstakes gives you a Custom question and Trivia Question option; you can find the Trivia option in Question Type. This allows you to establish a "correct" answer.  The number of correct answers by each participant will be available in your report.
