Can the contest use my existing business Facebook page, or does it need to create a new page?

You can publish the contest that you create to your Facebook page. Once you click on Publish beside Facebook after creating your contest, you are taken to the Facebook Login page where you can login using your Facebook account. After logging in, Facebook pages associated with your account are automatically displayed for your selection, select the page that you wish to publish your contest to and click "Add".
