I am getting error message "user account is invalidated"

This message is usually observed when third party cookies are disabled in the browsers.

To resolve this issue you need to accept/enable/allow third party cookies in your browser.

Upon installation, cookies in Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer are set to be accepted by default, and in Safari they are disabled by default.

Safari –

Safari made strict policy on Third party cookies from 5.1.4+ version onwards. The policy can be found at: http://www.reizbombardement.de/archives/safari-5-1-4-enforces-cookie-policy

If your browser is set to not allow third party cookies / Block Cookies, then the session doesn’t work as cookies don’t work. 

To resolve this problem you need to allow third party cookies. Following instructions will help you to Allow Cookies in Safari browser -

• Open Safari.
• Go to the "Safari" menu and select "Preferences".

• Click the "Privacy" tab.
• Select the option "Never" for "Block cookies".
