I am getting the error message "This campaign is currently not available over mobile."

This message is shown when you try to access the Facebook campaign link over Mobile. It is because Facebook applications are not accessible via mobile. If the campaign creator publishes the promotion to a mobile application, you will have access to it from a mobile device.
