Bulk Download of Images / Videos

We are pleased to announce that we have provisioned bulk download of images / videos i.e. all the media files received into your campaign can be downloaded at once when the submission phase has ended.

Note that this feature is available for Large Brand plan and for Photo Contest, Video Contest and Combo Contest only. Download request can be made only once when the submissions end and changes made later will not be included in the reports and request cannot be made again.

To download all the media files at once, go to Analytics tab and under Engagement section click on “Request Bulk Download of All Valid Assets”.

In the pop-up window you can choose for No notification or Notify me via email and click Generate.

Notify me via email would send you an email informing you that the data is ready to be downloaded and the link from where to download.

After you click Generate you would receive a message “Download request recorded successfully” informing you that the request is recorded.

If you attempt to download again after the request is accepted and is being worked on then you would receive a message “Request accepted it can take up to 1 hour to generate the zip file.” informing you of the same.

After the report is generated, you will receive the following email if you have selected Notify me via email option -

You can see the button “Request Bulk Download of All Valid Assets” change to “Download All Valid Assets” under Analytics tab.

Click on the “Download All Valid Assets” button and the zip file is downloaded and saved to your computer. The downloaded folder would have images/videos present under Prescreen and Valid Entries.

Please note that depending on the number of images / videos available and the size of each, the download can take some amount of time.
